Valor'K provides private aircraft charter, aircraft management, fractional jet ownership and purchase advisory services. All services are subject to separate written agreements.
Requests submitted through this website are enquiries only. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation and you accept our quote.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valor'K's liability is limited to the re-supply of the service or the cost of re-supply. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
