I have been fascinated by aircraft since primary school. Every time I heard an engine, I would look up — and I still do. I started learning to fly while finishing Year 12, working as a farm labourer and saving for one lesson a week. All my study, including my Air Transport Pilot Licence exams, was done by correspondence.

I have been a professional pilot my entire working life — dropping parachutists, flying outback charters, operating multi-crew regional airliners, and serving as a Flying Operations Inspector with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. As a Flight Examiner and Instructor, I issue type ratings, instrument ratings and Air Transport Pilot Licences, and I am still tested by CASA every six months to maintain my own proficiency.

In 2015 I founded Valor'K with a clear mission: to give Australian businesses access to modern, safe, and efficient aircraft. I wanted to prove that owning or managing a contemporary jet (ten years old or newer) is not only possible but can genuinely contribute to a company's bottom line.
